The UK's premier Inuit Art gallery

Established in 1982, The Narwhal Inuit Art Gallery is the only British gallery dedicated to Inuit Art (previously known and marketed as Eskimo Art), exhibiting sculptures in stone, relic bone, horn and antique marine ivory, along with fine examples of graphic art dating back 50 years.

(Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm) at the Scott Polar Research Institute (SPRI), Cambridge, and weekdays (excluding bank holidays) at Canada House, Trafalgar Square, London.

Visiting the Gallery

Based in Chiswick, West London, the Narwhal Inuit Art Gallery is an extension of a private collection, the public element of which is frequently exhibited at art fairs in London and across the UK.

Collectors and corporate customers are welcome to arrange a visit which is strictly by appointment only. Unfortunately the gallery is not suitable for wheelchair access.

NIAEF

The Narwhal Inuit Art Education Foundation (NIAEF) is a UK-registered charity and maintains the educational needs of the Narwhal Gallery. It was registered in 1999 to commemorate the formation of Nunavut.
